Done / Alvi With Pic Times News Network Kanpur: In accordance with the direction of the National Green Tribunal (NGT), the Kanpur Development Board of Authority (KDA) has agreed to the principle to change the botanical project of his dream project to Bio-Diversity Park.
NGT recently asked all districts located in Ganga Basin to establish a 50-hectare bio-diversity park to protect and enrich Biodiversity Basin Ganga Diversity.
The proposal for this effect was placed at the KDA council meeting held on the last Friday at which it was decided to take the steps needed to change the botanical garden into a biodsity park park so that it meets NGT direction, used in a better way of infrastructure for protection, and conservation Ecosystem Ganga Basin and also to create awareness among people to protest Ganga from pollution.
Faiyaz Khudsar from the University of Delhi, who was a nodal project officer, during a two-day visit to the city on August 2 on the request of KDA said DU had a special program of biodiversity park conservation and conducted many projects throughout India to NGT & on the direction of the court.
He said this site was very good at preparing biodiversity parks, and proposed to take projects in 3 phases: Phase 1: Eliminating the entry point of the body and entry point ganga in the area, phase 2: massive plantation in the area in accordance with the Ganga ecology system Local basin and phase 3: supporting infrastructure such as toilets, parking areas, ganga gallery, ganga walkway, gangga exhibition center etc.
The Division Commissioner also visited the site along with Faiyaz and discussed the problem.
The initial report that might be submitted in the next 15 days will be discussed and taken in accordance with the next meeting of the council for modalities, said Division Commissioner Raj Shekhar.
The council at his meeting held on the last Saturday decided to change the face and image of the building from the three main roads of the city.
The face elevator will be on the path of Varanasi and the changing faces will display the history and culture of the country.
The council received a proposal in the meeting.
Board members receive orders of the state government to bring uniformity in the city where in the first phase, the three main roads of the city will be identified and the streets of the streets will be changed externally, the commissioner said.
The committee with members of PWD, KDA and KMC will identify three main roads and submit their reports in one month.
After that the consultant after choosing the theme will display the same in front of the building, Commissioner added.
