Thane: In other actions to dangerous structures in the city, Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corality (KDMC) destroys a four-decade old building in Dombivli.
The Civic’s body said that the demolition of the building of Walku Joshi was a four-plated four located near the Thakurli police station finished on Thursday.
Demolition has begun on July 22 and after seven days, finished with the help of the Poke Lane engine.
The building with 38 flats and five stores was destroyed on Thursday.
The building was built in 1980 and was issued a notification because it became one of the ‘most dangerous’ structures over the past seven years.

The Civic’s body said that the court on July 8, 2021, had ordered to evacuate the building in seven days and destroy it in 15 days.
Thus, surveys are carried out and all tenants and owners are issued by residential certificates by civil bodies.
