Panaji: Secretary General of Congress Randeep Singh Surjewala on Thursday explained the Aadmi Party (AAP) Convenal Kejriwal as “Chhota Modi” and said he had come to the cave to give a “cover fire” to the powerful BJP who “lost” the state of the beach to poll on February 14.
Overcoming the press conference here, Surjewala also called Delhi CM, whose party was fighting over the Goa Assembly poll, as “fraudsters”.
“Kejriwal is a person who swears by Lokayukta and Lokpal (anti-corruption body).
He is a ruling person against the Congress Party.
Where is Local? Where does he go? Why is Arvind Kejriwal no longer talk about Local?” Surjewala said, attacking the AAP leader.
The Congress leader said the Kejriwal used to talk about ordinary people and he must now explain the source of money used by his party to do polls.
“Sheila Dikshit (former Delhi CM Congress) was used to spend RS 100 Crore on advertising, Kejriwal spent 1,100 crore Rs on advertising.
He is the same person who swears with honesty and transparency,” he added.
“Where the government is ‘aam aadmi’ (ordinary people).
Arvind Kejriwal is nothing but chhota modi.
Behavior, culture, dictatorship,” said Surjewala, implying that Delhi CM is the political clone of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Congress leader claimed AAP’s gap representing the BJP ideology.
“Kejriwal is a cheater.
Arvind Kejriwal represents what RSS or BJP is represented.
KeRriwal is in Goa and Uttarakhand to provide the closure to the losing BJP,” he said.
Surjewala said Kejriwal tried to adopt the same political strategy in the last Punjab poll but failed.
He claimed wherever BJP began losing land, AAP led by Kejriawal and Aimim based in Hyderabad came to save him.
“They seem to be opposed to BJP.
Let Goans are not wrong, in the end, Kejriwal runs his government with the help of BJP,” he said.
“So many fraud has occurred in Delhi (ruled by AAP), it is impossible for him to be able to run the government …
He will be behind bars even if the 10 percent of the fraud is investigated and brought to a logical conclusion.
In the Court,” Alleged Surjewala .
