Kejriwal wrote to PM for Bharat Ratna to Docs, Health Officers

New Delhi: Chairman of the Minister of Arvind Kejriwal has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, asks the nation who wants Bharat Ratna to be given to “Indian Doctors” this year.
He said that with this, meaning all medical brotherhood, including all doctors, nurses and paramedics.
Kejriwal has written that many doctors and nurses have lost their lives in battle against Covid-19 and if they are respected with Bharat Ratna, it will be a real award for them.
He also said that if the rules did not allow a group of people to be given Bharat Ratna, the rules must be changed.
Bharat Ratna is the highest civilian award in the country and was last given to the Pranab Mukherjee, Bhupen Hazarika and Nanaji Deshmukh in 2019.
