Thiruvananthapuram: The state reported 10,402 positive cases when 63,406 samples were tested in the last 24 hours with a 17.41% test level.
Meanwhile, 66 recently confirmed deaths as caused by Covid, took the deaths associated in the country to 19,495.
At the same time, 25,586 patients had recovered from this disease.
Among new cases, 9,674 cases have been infected through local deployment.
Infectious contact sources cannot be traced to 572.
There are 52 health professionals among those infected and 104 people have arrived from outside the country.
