KOCHI: Ahead of the introduction of the southwest monsoon, most probably by May 31, the Kerala state crisis management capacity has issued alarms warning of increase in river water amounts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha and Kottayam districts.
