Kerala BJP president K Surendran on Monday stated the resolution at the meeting looking for lack of reforms initiated by Lakshadweep administration and remember of the secretary was”immature” and also a breach of federal rules.
He declared that this was yet another example of the judgment and the resistance uttered the meeting for political interests.
“The hallowed portals of this meeting have been mistreated for narrow political interests.
The meeting has passed a resolution from the management of a Union territory for those actions taken as a member of releasing the constitutional responsibilities for the growth of Lakshadweep and safety of the islands,” Surendran stated.
He said that the move could drive a wedge between Centre-state relations and inquired what correct the meeting needed to pass a settlement.
