Thiruvananthapuram: The Presidential State President of Bharatiya Janata K Surendran has demanded a judicial investigation into all promises made at various University of Kerala after Head of Pinarayi Minister Vijayan assumed the office.
Overcoming a reporter in Thiruvananthapuram, K Surendran accused that the University has become the center of CPIM’s political appointment and demands answers to the minister’s chairman.
“The only advantage needed is the influence on CPIM.
The Chairperson of the Pinarayany Minister Vijayan must advance and answer openly for all charges proposed by the Governor.
The detailed probe into the promise made by the government for the past six years must be done,” he said.
“The direct allegations of the honorable governor are against the head of the minister themselves.
By political interference and the appointment of direct relatives of CPIM leaders and ministers at various universities, the services are truly ignored.
Political influences are benefits in Kerala.
So the chairman of Pinarayi Minister Vijayan must speak opposed The accusation was submitted by the governor, “BJP leader added.
Surendran accused the government of the Kerala Sabotage of the Autonomy of the State University and demanded judicial investigations in university appointments in the past six years.
“The entire system of collapsing and Pinarayi Government Vijayan tried to sabotage the autonomy of the University in Kerala.
Allegations of Governor Arif Muhammad Khan are a serious problem.
So BJP demands a judicial investigation in the past six years.
There are many political promises and we want a judicial investigation in this matter,” said Surendran.
Previously, Congress Leader Ramesh Chennithala claimed that the government had tried to politicize the higher education system in Kerala for the past five years.
“We raise this problem but the government does not take it seriously.
Now the governor has raised very serious charges against the government,” he said.
In a letter to Vijayan, Governor Kerala suggested CM to change the actions of the university.
“My advice to you is to change the actions of the university and you personally bear the position of Chancellor, so you can carry out your political goals without dependence on the governor.
After the university is under the direct control of the government, there will be no room for anyone to make allegations of interference Politics, “the governor wrote in his four-page letter.
Revealing his intention to empty that position, the Governor suggested Minister of Chief: “You can ask for general advocates to prepare legal documents where the governor can transfer the power of Chancellor, to the Minister of Chief.
I am sure it should not be difficult for public advocates to do the legal method to do so.
“” It becomes impossible for me as a Chancellor to protect universities from sustainable political interference and erosion of their autonomy, “he added.
