The Kerala High Court has said the verdict in the anticipatory Guarantee Applicant submitted by the Dileep Poropo actor in the conspiracy case of the murder of the officers, who investigated the case of the 2017 actress sexual assault.
On Monday, the Kerala High Court was reported to have provided pre-capture guarantees to dilep, and others accused in the case of threatening police officers.
After two complicated hearing weeks, the bench headed by Justice Gopinath P had said the verdict.
Dileep had moved for anticipatory guarantee applicants after firmly registered in January against him and five others was allegedly entered the criminal conspiracy and increased the threat to other senior investigative and officers who conducted an investigation into the case of the rape of the actor, in which Dilep was eight defendants.
The crime branch has registered a case based on revelation recently made by Director of Balachandra Kumar.

Meanwhile, Kerala’s actor was kidnapped and allegedly persecuted in his car for two hours on February 17, 2017, by a group of men.
