The High Court of Kerala on Tuesday hears the PLEA bail anticipatory actor Dileep in the case of the abduction of actress.
The court postponed the case by saying that it needed to learn the details of new revelations against actors.
The state told the court that until then Dileep would not be arrested.
On Thursday, the crime branch investigated this case, has stormed the place of actor, his brother and several others after fresh disclosure made by Malayalam Film Director Balachandra Kumar, a close friend of Dileep.
Last week, the police have registered a new case under a non-shot clause against Dilep, his brother Anoop, his brother-in-law of Sooraj and other family members.
Dileep has moved courts looking for anticipatory guarantees.
Kumar, who recently fell with Dileep, had told the police that the actor had several female actor clips which had sexual harassment and also showed that the actor threatened to take some actions against several police officials who investigated the case of the abduction of actress.

This actor presented himself before the police investigation team and gave detailed statements and on Wednesday, he testified the same before the local judge.
Incidentally, the visual according to Kumar has been seen by Dileep, until now only seen by the trial court and therefore new revelation by Kumar has landed actors in deep trouble.

In his request, Dileep said all revelations were “unfounded” and that he did not make a mistake.
Dileep was arrested in 2017 and nested in prison in a case relating to the gang that conducted sexual harassment of South Indian film heroes and filming scenes.
After two months in prison, he was released by guarantee and trial in this case, when the new revelation had arrived.
