Thiruvananthapuram: The High Command Party has explained that the resignation of VM Sudheer is not accepted even when efforts to persuade senior party leaders to attract their resignation from AICC and the Political Affairs Committee.
AICC Secretary General (responsible for Kerala) Tariq Anwar told that Sudheer resignation was not accepted by the High Command Party.
He acknowledged that there were serious differences of opinion between leaders in the state and must be resolved through discussion.
However, high commands worried that senior leaders in the state did not support new leadership appointed to bring changes in the party.
The source in the high command said the resignation of Sudheer and explosions by senior leaders such as Mullapply Ramachandran would only weaken the party now.
High commands are also related to a sustainable process to rearrange the committee at the KPCC and DCC level because it will be a difficult task because there are serious differences between leaders.
KPCC K Sudharakan President and opposition leader VD Satheesan will reach New Delhi on October 8 for talks with high command.
Already, group leaders have submitted a list of KPCC leadership in people who must be accommodated in different committees.
It was lowned that the President of the KPCC had decided to submit a list given by group leaders to the high command because he was at the end of the recipient on the choice of the new DCC President, opponent the demands of the group.
