Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala recorded 14,539 fresh covid-19 cases and 124 deaths on Tuesday, took the total number of infections to 30,87,673 and the toll became 14,810.
Malappuram reported the highest number of cases – 2.115, followed by Ernakulam with 1,624 and Kollam, 1,404.
“From those found infected on Tuesday, 67 reached a country from the interim of 13,582 contracted diseases from their contacts.
The source of 828 infection has not been traced.
Sixty-two health workers are also infected,” Health Minister Veena said George in the release.
He said 1,39,049 samples were tested in the last 24 hours, taking a cumulative number of specimens checked as far as 2.46,48,919.
The test level of test is 10.46 percent.
Meanwhile, 10,331 people were restored from the disease on Tuesday, taking a total of recovery in the country to 29.57.201.
At present, there are 1,15,174 people under the states.
There were 3,82,260 people under observation, including 24,509 were on the isolation route from various hospitals, said Minister.
There were 196 local self-government agencies, where the test level of testing was more than 15 percent.
