Thiruvananthapuram: The country reported 9,931 new Covid-19 cases from 89,654 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
TPR is 11.08%.
At the same time, 58 Covid deaths have been confirmed, taking dead in a state of 15,408.
As many as 13,206 patients have recovered, and at present, there are 1,21,708 people who underwent treatment in the state.
Among new cases, 9,202 have been infected through local transmission.
Contact sources cannot be tracked for 632.
Malappuram has reported the highest number of cases – 1,615, followed by Kozhikode (1,022), Thrissur (996), Ernakulam (941), Palakkad (802), Thiruvananthapuram (802), Thiruvananthapuram (700), Kannur (653), Kasaragod (646), Alappuzha (613), Kottayam (484), Wayanad (247), Pathanamthitta (237) and Idukki (147).
So far, 30.33,258 people have recovered from infections in the state.
As many as 2.54.31,248 samples have been sent for testing until now.
There were 4,06,804 people in observations in various districts, where 3,82,081 was in the center of house or institutional quarantine, and 24,723 in hospital isolation.
