Thiruvananthapuram: The state witnessed 4,006 positive Covid cases from 65,704 samples tested in the last 24 hours on Wednesday.
Among new cases detected, 1,143 people have not taken a single dose.
However, 1,977 people among new cases were those who had taken both doses.
With 125 deaths again in the past few days it was recorded as Covid death and 157 deaths added to the appeal received, the total Covid death in this country has now become 43,626.
At present, the total active case is 35,234 where 7.8% of people are accepted both in hospitals or in other treatment centers.
At the same time, 3,898 patients have recovered from infection.
Among new cases, 3,750 people were infected through local deployment.
Infection contact sources cannot be traced to 207.
There are 35 health professionals among those infected and 14 people arrive from outside the country.
