Thiruvananthapuram: The country on Monday reported 13,049 cases of Covid-19 and confirmed the death of 105 Covid, taking the official death toll to 17,852.
The test level of the test was 13.23%, and 98,640 samples were tested in the last 24 hours.
Among new cases, 12,300 people get it through contact, and the source of infection for 627 people is unknown.
64 came from other states.
Malappuram reported most cases with 2,052, followed by thrissur (1,762), Kozhikode (1,526), Palakkad (1,336), Ernakulam (1,329), Kannur (944), Alappuzha (736), Kottayam (597), Thiruvananthapuram (567), Kasaragod (507), Pathanamthitta (368), Wayanad (291) and Idukki (263).
In accordance with the weekly infection population ratio (WIPR), 266 wards under 52 local bodies have WIPR above 10, and this area is under strict restrictions.
