Kerala: Nothing wrong in Chronological Arrangement, States Revenue Union K Rajan

T’PURAM: Revenue ministry K Rajan has thrown his weight behind the controversial order which has been misinterpreted to dropped a great number of trees that are protected from Muttil, Wayanad.
Rajan stated there is not anything wrong from the sales section’s arrangement but it was misinterpreted.
“When trees under government possession were felled, it’s an illegal action and also not a part of this order since it had been misinterpreted.
We mentioned this from the start.
If anybody undertook illegal action by misinterpreting the sequence, a stunt is underway and actions will be accepted,” he explained.
Rajan explained the probe will pay for all facets of the situation.
“Government doesn’t have anything to worry as its hands remain not clean.
There was not anything faulty at the purchase but the issue is that the interpretation.
All activities will be clear and nobody is going to be safe,” he explained.
He refuted claims that the sales secretary gave an overview which there was a mistake in the purchase.
Rajan stated there won’t be an act that questions the basis of land reforms behave.
Government plans to offer property to each of the landless.
Until date, 54 percent of resurvey was finished and cases concerning transformation of the character of property, will be finished in a timely fashion, ” he explained.
Rajan said authorities would recover all such territory illegally held by people.
He explained that in 100 times, the authorities intends to disburse 12,000 names.

The purchase was subsequently cancelled in February this year.
