Thiruvananthapuram: This center has denied political licenses for the Main Secretary (Industry) K Elanganovan and Director (Industry) Senishore, to travel to the UAE to oversee the preparation work at the Dubai Pavilion in Dubai World Expo.
The state has been looking for permission from the Ministry of External Affairs for officials to visit the Venue Expo from 10 to 12 to oversee the country’s preparation in preparing its pavilion.
Denying permission, the ministry notifies the country that officials can visit the venue in the first week of December, if needed.
Industry Minister P Rajeeve protested the central decision to deny permission and said that Kerala had decided to send them to the exhibition to ensure that the state presents its pavilion in the best way.
The Kerala Pavilion in Dubai World Expo was held from December 24 to January 6, 2022 to showcase the potential of industry and tourism before the world.
On the World Expo which began on October 1 which will continue until March 31 next year, every participating country will have their own pavilion.
The State Pavilion is being organized by the External Ministry and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
