ThiruvananThapuram: UDF’s opposition on Thursday boycotted the assembly process and conducted an artificial session outside the assembly complex in protest against the rejection of permits for customs notifications with a statement against the chairman of Pinarayi Vijayan’s minister and former speaker Preeramakrishnan.
Speaker M B Rajesh denied permission for the delay movement which quoted that the problem was the sub-anim.
P Thomas MLA has served a notification that is looking for a delay movement to be answered by the minister’s chairman, but the speaker decides that it is a sub-judicial problem that cannot be discussed at home according to the rules of the legislature.
Minister of Law P said as per rule 52 (7) assembly regulations, whatever under the consideration of the trial court, or other court, cannot be discussed at home.

They also raised the slogan that demanded the resignation of the minister’s chairman.
Customs notifications are reportedly issued on the basis of the statement reported by Swapna Suresh, the key accused of smuggling of gold and dollars, that Vijayan and Sreeramakrishnan were involved in smuggling foreign currency to the UAE through consulates.
