Thiruvananthapuram: The police have vote for the forest and wildlife wildlife Kaseendran in a complaint that the minister tried to suppress the persecution case, without telling the police, to save the local leader of his party.
In a report by DSP (Sasthamcotta) to SP (rural kollam), it is said that the Minister does not call or speak directly with the survivor in this case.
In the examination of detailed records of Survivor’s father’s call and minister, it was clear that the minister spoke to the Father Survivor on July 4 this year.
At checking the sound clip of this conversation, it cannot be concluded that the Minister threatens to survive or try to press complaints.
The Minister can be heard saying that this problem must be “resolved peacefully” and also that it must be “resolved without difficulty”.
Not mentioned the survivor name or whatever contradicts the survivors in the minister’s conversation, the police said.
“In this situation, no crime as stated in the Indian criminal code will apply in this matter and therefore there is no further action needed in the complaints submitted by Sajal Advocates,” police said.
The police said that the salary sajal did not speak safely or his father, and his complaint was solely on whatever basis he saw on the television channel in this matter.
Previously, the Petitioner of the District Government and the Public Prosecutor, Kollam, R Sehunathan Pillai, had given the legal opinion that the connotation in the conversation of the minister that the problem must be “resolved peacefully” not illegal.
Not mentioned the survivor name or anything about the survivors of the Minister’s words.
No pressure from the minister to draw complaints also did not threaten, legal opinion said.
The complainant, the native of Kundara in Kollam, has submitted a police petition on June 28 this year against two people who have tried to defame them in a group titled “NCP Kollam”.
The complainants also accused one of two people – Padmakanan – had tried to attack him physically.
Because the two complainants and defendants were NCP activists, ministers, who were NCP leaders in the state, had spoken to the Father by telephone, and asked him to resolve disputes peacefully.
The intervention of the minister in this case has become a controversy, and the opposition has raised this problem in the Assembly on July 22.
