Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala on Thursday reported 22,040 cases of fresh Coronavirus and 117 deaths, took the total number of infections to 34.93 lakh and tolls to 17,328.
A total of 20,046 people have recovered from infection since Wednesday, taking total recovery to 32.97,834.
The number of active cases reached 1,77,924, said the release of the state government.
The state was tested 1.63,376 samples in the last 24 hours and the test level of 13.49 percent test.
So far, the sample of 2.80 crore has been tested, he said.
Some of the worst affected districts in this country are Malappuram with 3645 cases, Thrissur 2406, Ernakulam 2373 and Palakkad 2139.
