Kerala recorded 22,000 Covid cases for the 3rd day; Central team to help pandemic management

Thiruvananthapuram / New Delhi: Kerala reported more than 22,000 Coronavirus cases for the third consecutive day on Thursday, even when the Central Team would rush to the country to help him in managing an effective situation.
Meanwhile, the researchers said that because of the growth of Kerala’s r-factor factor, the country would remain in the top position over the next few weeks vis-a-vis new infections.
Factor R shows the speed of viral infection spread in the country and analysis by researchers at the Mathematics Institute in Chennai suggested Kerala has more concerns in the store.
The smaller the R value is, the faster the disease is in the decline.
Conversely, if R is greater than 1, the number of infected people increases in each round – technically, this is called the epidemic phase.
The greater the number is from one, the faster the level of disease and Kerala has the highest number of active cases and continues to have a value of around 1.11.
“So it looks like it (Kerala) will remain in the top position for the next few weeks.
Northeast continues to have a very bad situation with most of the state has a value of more than 1,” Sitabhra Sinha said from the Institute of the Institute of Mathematical , Science, who led the team.
Kerala on Thursday recorded 22,064 new Covid-19 cases and 128 deaths, took Caseload to 33.49,365 and the death toll became 16,585.
It reported 22,129 cases on Tuesday and 22,056 on Wednesday.
Health Minister State Veena George on Thursday said 1.63,098 samples were tested in the last 24 hours and the test level of the test was 13.53 percent.
George said 16,649 people recovered from disease on Thursday, took a cured amount to 31,77,453.
At present, there are 1,54,820 people who are under treatment and 4.54,080 in observations which are 27,480 in the path of isolation from various hospitals.
There are 323 local government agencies in the state with TPR above 15 percent, official release said.
When the level of the infection took steps, the Ministry of Health Uni announced that he presented a team of six members to Kerala for effective Covid-19 management.
The team led by the Director of the National Disease Control Center (NCDC) Singh will reach Kerala on Friday and visited several districts that reported high case participants, the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
In a tweet, the Minister of Health of the Union Mansukh Mandaviya said, “The central government sent a team of six members to Kerala led by NCDC director.
Because a large number of Covid cases are still reported in Kerala, the team will help state efforts in Covid-19 management.” Statement The ministry said the team would work with Kerala Health Authority, taking stock of land situations and recommending public health interventions needed to contain the spread of the virus.
