Kochi: Kerala reports 10,402 positive cases of Covid-19 and 66 related deaths on Sundays, taking the total amount of those affected in a state of viral infection to 38.14,305.
The Minister of Health Veena George said 63,406 samples were tested in the last 24 hours and the test level of the test was 16.41 percent.
Until now, 3.02 crore samples have been tested in the state.
Among the districts, Malappuram reported the current number of cases at 1.577, followed by Kozhikode with 1,376 and Palakkad 1,133.
The minister said of those found infected today, 104 reached the country from outside, 9,674 contracted disease from their contacts.
“The source of 572 infection has not been traced.
Fifty-two health workers also among those infected,” recorded in liberation.
Meanwhile, 25,586 people were restored from the disease in the last 24 hours of taking a total recovery in the state to 36.31,066.
At present, there are 1,63,212 people in care in the state.
