Thiruvananthapuram: The state on Wednesday has reported 15,600 new Covid-19 cases and 148 Covid deaths, taking official deaths to 14,108.
Among all districts, Malappuram has reported most cases with 2,052 cases, followed by Ernakulam with 1,727, Thrishikode with 1,683, Kollam 1.501, Palakkad with 1,180, Thiruvananthapuram with 963, Kasaragod with 862, Kasaragod with 786, Kottayam with 779, Wayanad with 779, Wayanad with 453, Pathanamthitta with 449 and idukki with 291 cases.
A total of 1,50,630 samples were tested on Wednesday.
The test level of test is 10.36%.
Among positive testing for Covid-19, 66 came from outside the country, and 14,761 had experienced viral infections with contacts.
Source 699 patients are unknown.
According to a statement from the Office of the Minister of Health Vena George, 74 health workers were reported to have been tested positively Covid-19 on Wednesday.
Among all districts, 22 health workers have been tested positively in Kannur, followed by Kasaragod with 14, Palackad with 10.
A total of 3,82,843 people are currently in observations.
From 3.58,565 it was under house / institutional quarantine and 24,278 was in the hospital.
The state gets 3.78 lakh more vaccine doses: Kerala has received 3.78,690 doses of covishield vaccine.
Of the total, 1,48,690 doses have reached Kochi and 1.01,500 doses in Kozhikode.
As many as 1.28,500 vaccine doses are more expected to reach Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday night.
From this, Kerala has bought 12.04.960 doses of covishield vaccine and 1.37,580 doses of covaxin.
According to the government, 1.13 crore people in the country have received a single dose of vaccines and 37.63 lakh people have received all two doses of vaccines.
