Thiruvananthapuram: For the second day in a row, the state reported more than 30,000 cases, and the total death toll was in a state because the pandemic had exceeded 20,000.
The test level of the test is 18.03%.
Active cases in the state also increase and have become 1.82 lakh now.
The country witnessed 30,007 positive cases of 1.66,397 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, 162 recently confirmed deaths as caused by Covid, took the death toll in the country to 20,134.
At the same time, 18,997 patients had recovered from disease.
Among new cases, 28,650 cases have been infected through local transmission.
The infection contact source cannot be traced to 1.195.
There are 104 health professionals among those infected, and 128 people have arrived from outside the country.
Ernakulam reported the highest number of cases with 3,872, followed by Kozhikode (3,461), Thrissur (3,157), Malappuram (2,985), Kollam (2,619), Palakkad (2,261), ThiruvananThapuram (1,996), Kannur (1,939)), Alappuzha (1,741) , Pathanamthitta (1,380), Wayanad (1,161), IDUKKI (900) and Kasaragod (613).
So far, 37,11,625 people have recovered from Coronavirus infection in the state, even as 1,81,209 patients still undergo treatment for the same thing.
There are 4,87,246 people currently observing in various countries, where 4.59,821 are in their homes or institutional quarantine centers, and 27,425 in isolation in hospitals.
