The total expenditure for the proposed complex is Rs 38 Crore.
The command specifically instructs that the National Police Chief must ensure that all purchases must be carried out only in accordance with the rules and regulations on the purchase of stores, the Department of Electronic Technology and Public Works.
All construction must be done after preparing detailed estimates in the price of the price and accredited institutions must be chosen for the implementation of the project.
Work award must go through a tender either directly by the police department or through an accredited agent, the Order said.
