Kochi / Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala University Syndicate has been on Tuesday ratifying Vice-Chancellor Vice-Chancellor Decision V Nahadevan V Mahadevan to provide the status of Professor Emeritus on three retired professors from a remote education school.
Seenath K S Thajudheen and V Asha have been appointed as Professor of Emeritus, the first for the University.
Although the staff council and school director of distance education has recommended a university to appoint hands retirees as an additional professor, Syndicate University supports the Chair of the Chancellor which must be shown by the position of Professor Emeritus.
Syndicate improves their remuneration at Rs 30,000.
Syndicate also decided to notify the state government that the university would not be able to bear pension revised obligations as recommended by the government due to university financial difficulties.
Based on the complaints of improper behavior, Varsity suspended the Zoologian Assistant Professor Sainudheen Sahib.
Allegedly that Sainudheen behaved badly with the head of his department.
Syndicate decided to remove the Antony palakkal from the Head of the Department of Sociology.
The decision was based on complaints by the Chembazhanthy S N College faculty in connection with his career progress program.
Syndicate decided to sign a palakcal of all academic nominations in capacity as a subject expert.
