THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The panchayat directorate has led grama panchayats to establish helpdesks, war space and constitute center groups to measure the Covid-19 direction at ward level. Chief Union Pinarayi Vijayan within his speech to local body agents had emphasized the necessity to activate function in the ward level in controlling the pandemic. The panchayat intends to set up a bunch facility in every ward. The clusters will include 20 to 60 homes. Each cluster will have five quick reaction teams plus a nodal officer will be made for the majority of clusters. The cluster team might need to maintain touch Covid favorable patients and people under monitoring on a daily basis. A daily register will be preserved dependent on data being gathered from men and women in domiciliary care centers (DCCs), first-line Covid treatment centers (FLCTCs) along with secondary-line Covid treatment centers (SLCTCs). Home isolation, testing and vandalism are several aspects that will be dealt with in a daily basis. Although clear directions have been given to panchayats to shape helpdesks and center types, the directorate discovered that a number of the panchayats failed at conjunction with all the directives and the operation of helpdesks wasn’t satisfactory in certain panchayats. The heart team in every panchayat contains president, chairperson of wellness status committee, secretary, and nodal officer, sectoral magistrate and health care officer. They will coordinate with the authorities and disaster management ability. War area in every panchayat will be responsible for organizing transportation, oxygen availability, behaviour of helpdesk, awareness development, manipulation of reports in ward-level committees, updation of jagratha portalsite, analyzing, vandalism and approving individuals with the conducting of DCC/CFLTCs along with CSTLCs. The war room at a panchayat could have four associates. A assistant secretary/ programmer superintendent/head clerk is going to be the group leader.
