The water level in Idukki is very down, therefore the inflow of the Mullasyar can be accommodated if in all the Billway window leaves are opened, the Minister said.
Meanwhile, the third closing of the Idukki Dam was closed on Wednesday after the water level in the reservoir declined.
Three leaf window dam opened on October 19 when the water level was 2398.08ft.
KSEB authorities said the last shutter was closed at 3:15 and that the water level was 2,397.90 feet at 5 pm on Wednesday.
He said he was taken to the notification of the supervisory committee that at least five feet of the water surface increased in one day in Mullasiyar.
Therefore, the state will demand that the water surface must be dropped up to 136ft.

It is estimated that 883 families must be evacuated from three talents and seven villages as soon as the Multaperiyar Dam is opened.
The minister said the details of these people had been collected and steps had been taken to establish 20 aid camps.
