Thiruvananthapuram: Chairman of the Minister of Pinrayi Vijayan has explained that the state will not have total total locking.
He sought support from the local body in limiting the spread of pandemics in two weeks.
While overcoming the meeting of the head of the local body in the state, the main minister said, “It is not practical to have a total lip once again.” Vijayan believes that the local body has performed well in the war against a pandemic in the initial phase.
But now they come back from him.
The formed war level committee becomes ineffective.
“There has been a lack of monitoring in these parts of these committees in local bodies.
The end result is that positive people oppose the quarantine protocol and mingle with others,” he said.
Strict monitoring of positive people is the duty of the Environmental Level Committee.
Therefore, the caution they showed before had to be brought back.
The Committee must be responsible and take all steps in strengthening their activities.
If the environmental level committee has died anywhere, then the local body must immediately turn it back on.
Local bodies must take strict action against positive people who violate the Covid protocol.
It must be ensured that positive people ensure strict house quarantine.
If it is found to violate, then they must be fined and immediately shift to quarantine centers.
Costs for quarantine periods must be collected from such offenders, he added.
Vijayan also expressed concern over the first line of care center that did not work.
It is the greatest relief for patients.
Therefore, the local body must try to revive the first line care center.
If funds are the main problem because it does not open the center, then the local body can seek government support, he added.
The Environmental Level Committee can effectively curb deposits if close monitoring is done.
Therefore, the presence of the police team must also be ensured on the Environmental Level Committee.
