Sajid has not directed the film after Saif Ali Khan-Ritish Deshmukh-Bipasha Basu-Esha Gupta Starrer ‘Humshakals’ (2014).
But 7 years along the current line, he tied the rope to call ‘lights, cameras, action’ on the project under finalization.
The producer in question is likely to be Amar Butala, who will soon begin with Shahid Kapoor Starrer ‘Bull’ which he produced with Bhushan Kumar and Garima Mehta (which is a partner at Butala’s Company).
If everything goes well, Sajid and Butala have John Abraham and remember Deshmukh to remember the players.
A source said, “Because things are standing today, this film will be a comedy.”
The John-Riteish film can continue the floor in mid 2002 but only after the majority ‘Bull’.

Despite recurring efforts, butala, Deshmukh and Khan remain not available to comment.
Sajid began a direct innings with Gopal Varma RAM produced ‘Darna Zaroori Hai’ (2006).
His high-point was the franchise ‘Housefull’- Part 1 (2010) and Part 2 (2012) – After that he fell with the producer of Sajid Nadiadwala.
