Bareilly: In the second Chargesheet in the case of the violence of Lakhimpur Kheri, a special investigation team (sitting) has named four farmers for alleged Lynching from three BJP workers who were attacked by angry hordes after the convoy owned by Ashish Mishra, the son of the Ajay Minister of Ajay Mishra Teni, trimmed Five men – Four farmers and local journalists – in Tikunia on October 3 last year.
Sit had submitted a chargesheet of 5,000 pages against Ashish and 12 others on January 3 and said the incident (cutting four farmers and journalists) “planned and not negligence”.
The four farmers who have now been charged for Lyinching from BJP workers have lodged in the Kheri Lakhimpur prison.
Three of them had been charged with murder and one for other related violations.
Three other farmers who were previously arrested were released from prison at night.
Provide details about the Second Chargesheet, 1600 Page Documents, Senior Social Prosecution Officer (SPO) SP Yadav told Tii, “in Chargesheet submitted by the Investigating Officer SK Pal, Gurwinder Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Gurpreet, has been named the defendant.
The closing report was submitted against Three farmers, AVTA Singh, Ranjeet Singh and Kawaljeet Singh due to lack of evidence against them.
“Yadav added,” Gurwinder, Kamaljeet and Gurpeet are charged under the relevant parts of the IPC.
” Section 143 (illegal assembly), 147 (riots), 148 (riots with deadly weapons), 149 (violations are carried out in prosecution of general objects), 114 (abettor present when violations are carried out), 109 (reduction), 323 (the cause Voluntarily injured), 325 (voluntarily caused sad pain), 302 (murder), 427 (damage causing damage), 436 (damage by fire), and 504 (intentional insults).
“Vichitra Singh has been charged under the IPC 109, 114, 427, 436 and 504 section,” he added.
The prosecution has asked the court to confiscate an important part of a diary below section 173 (6) of the CRPC.
