Lucknow: The Government of Uttar Pradesh on Thursday is a single member’s justice commission consisting of retired Judge of the High Court Allahabad Pradeep Kumar Srivastava to investigate the violence of Lakhimpur Kheri where eight people were killed.
The Commission will complete the question in two months starting from Thursday.
The Commission will be headquartered in Lakhimpur Kheri.
The government has announced the probe into the incident by retired high court judges on Monday as soon as the family of the farmers who died.
“The Commission must complete an investigation within a period of two months from the date of issuance of this notification.
Every change in its ownership is on the government’s orders,” said the notification issued by the state government.
The Commission will investigate the entire sequence of events opened on October 3 after eight people, including four farmers, killed.
On the other hand, six sitting members were formed to investigate the violence of Lakhimpur Kheri began an investigation and summoned two people on Thursday.
Sit had summoned Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni Mishra Ashish Mishra to be questioned on Friday.
Notification is inserted in this matter outside his home by sitting.
Sitting consists of two police deputy supervisors and three inspectors.
