Bareilly: The police look forward to Minister of Union Ajay Mishra, Ashish Mishra, ended a day earlier after Ashish was found positive for dengue fever and shifted by a special investigation team (sitting) to the hospital for treatment on Saturday night.
His detention with the police should end at 5 pm on Sunday.
He is now under Judicial custody.
Under the police detention, he was detained in locking, and the police had the power to interrogate him to collect more evidence to continue their investigation.
Under Judicial resistance, Ashish will be placed in district prison and will be under the custody of the judge.
This case will now continue in accordance with the evidence collected so far.
Ashish is the main accusation in the murder of four farmers and journalists during violence on October 3.
He was returned to police custody by judge’s judges on October 22.
He complained of fever and was hospitalized in prison at midnight on Saturday.
