Bareilly: The police restored the body dressed in blood, semi-nude school children, 16, around midnight on Saturday in a stick field in Pilibhit.
He was found with an injury in his personal part.
His family accused him of being kidnapped, raped by a gang and then killed.
His father, a sanitation worker, identified the body.
Bicycles, school bags, four bottles of beer, and snack wrappers found in place.
The family had filed a complaint after the girl was gone, based on which police registered the FIR below 363 (kidnapping), 376 (rape) and 302 (killings) IPC, along with the relevant parts of the protection of children from sexual law Invite Offense (Pocso), 2013 at the local police station against unknown people.
The locals say that the girl, a class XII student, bright and wants to secure government work after completing his education.
He used to attend a two-hour training class after school and will return home around 5pm.
When the girl did not return on Saturday night, her father began to look for it.
The coaching center told him that he also did not come to class that day.
He then approached the police around 7pm and filed a complaint, suspected that he was suspected of being a local boy who was seen following the girl in the past.
The police picked up the boy from his house and took him to the station to be questioned.
However, he claimed he was not aware of the girl’s whereabouts.
After that, the police launched a search along with the family and restored his stained body from sugar cane fields almost 500 meters from the village, around 1am.
The piece of his suit was stuck to his mouth and he was apparently strangled to death using his dupatta.
There was an injury to his face, it might be caused by sharp sugar cane leaves, which seemed to show the clock of the struggle he paired when he was locked up.
Pilibhit police supervisor, Dinesh Kumar, told TII, “soon after restoring the body, we had secured the crime scene and forensic experts were called to collect evidence.
The girl suffered an injury to her face, neck, and under the stomach.

However, the autopsy will verify allegations of sexual violence.
Four teams are working on this case, and some suspects have been detained.
