New Delhi: A 16-year-old girl, who was kidnapped, was sexually attacked and ‘sold’ to someone with RS 50,000 with whom he was also forcibly married, has been saved from the Bhind Madhya Pradesh district and the defendant was arrested, police said, said the police on Saturday , The defendant, Rajeev Garg, has been friends with the girl by creating a fake ID on social media and emotionally extorting it to meet him at Northwest Delhi where he was kidnapped and taken to Bhind, they said.
On May 29, the girl told her parents that she would go to one of her friends but when she didn’t return, her family began to look for it.
When he was not found, a case was registered at the Ranhola police station the following day below section 363 (punishment for kidnapping), said a senior police officer.

The police focused on certain cellphone numbers whose locations were found in Etawah Uttar Pradesh, and Gwalior and Bhind in MP, said the officer.

Garg then called him from a different cellphone number and emotionally extorting it to continue their friendship and unblock his telephone number, they said, adding the defendant also convinced him to meet him at Madhuban Chowk in Northwest Delhi.
On May 29, the girl went to Madhuban Chowk and met Garg who kidnapped him and took him to Bhind, police said.

He told the police that Garg sold it to a man named Ram Mohan, also a resident of Bhind, for Rs 50,000 and he was forced to marry him, the police said.
Garg was in Gwalior Prison for seven months in the case of dowry.
Mohan is a Garg tenant and is currently big.
The victim and Garg were taken to Delhi, added the police.
