T’puram: With the police officially launched an investigation of the case of a lost child, submitted by the mother of Anupama S Chandran, this case had obtained a serious criminal angle involving kidnapping and imitation.
The police, who have now registered a case, including allegations for kidnapping, are considered a great violation.
According to part 361 IPC, anyone who takes or lies small men under 16 years, or under 18 years if a woman, or every person who is unhealthy, comes out of keeping a legitimate or personal mind that is unhealthy, without The approval of such guardians is said to be kidnapping minor or the person from legal guardianship.
Violations will invite seven years imprisonment.
Also, the name and address of the father’s father are given incorrectly in the child’s birth certificate.
In accordance with part 419 IPC, anyone who cheats by personation must be punished by prison that can be expanded to three years.
According to the police, the first petition by the complainant was received in April but did not mention the lost child.
After the second petition, which is about the lost child, the police called Anupama’s parents, who then produced an unparalleled statement by Anupama, (which later he claimed to be done by force).
“When the police received a complaint, they were processed correctly and thrown away.
When the petition then came from higher authority, the police then recorded a complainant statement and parent.
