Gurgaon: A week after a young man was shot dead near Sheetla Mandir’s eyes, the Gurgaon police branch crime arrested two people in connection with the murder.
The defendant killed young people to reply to the murder carried out by him in 2020.
Last week Anu, was accused of a murder case and came out with a guarantee, shot dead by two young men outside the mandir.
Two masked young men came on a scooter, shot his head and escaped from the place without anyone from anyone.
Anu was accused of being the murder of Manan Gujjar (28), who was killed in May 2020 in the Shivji Park area.
At the time of crime, Anu is a teenager.
Anu, according to the police, has gone to meet with his brother Manish, who works at the shop “Prasad” outside the Sheetla Mandir’s eyes when he was shot.
He stood in front of the temple’s main entrance when a young man crossed the road, approached him and shot him from the blank point.
The defendant also took his cellphone, police said.
The arrested duo has been identified as Deepak Lamba from Desparera and Shivam from Shivaji Nagar.
ACP (crime) Preet Pal Sangwan said that Anu along with the other two was arrested last year.
Anu is a teenager so he was sent to a correction and home.
On August 22, Anu came out of prison with a guarantee.
“During the interrogation that was accused of revealing that they killed Anu to reply to Manan Gujjar,” ACP said.
