Seoul: North Korean leader Kim Jong-un dismissed his 10th strength with speeches that made more mention tractor mills and school uniforms rather than nuclear or US weapons.
The main purpose of North Korea for 2022 will jump to start economic development and improve people’s lives because of the “great life and death struggle”, Kim said in a speech on Friday at the end of the 4th plenary meeting of the 8th tourism committee of the Korean Workers Party, which starts on Monday.
Kim has used the previous speech around the new year to make policy announcements, including launching significant diplomatic involvement with South Korea and the US.
But the summary of his speech did not make a special mention of the US and only references to the south.
Kim also promised to “increase agricultural production and completely solve food problems”.
