King Kundrra’s Associate Yash: I Unframed

Yash Thakur aka Arvind Shrivastava has denied all the accusations he leveled by the Mumbai police and claimed that he was a victim of extortion.
In a letter sent to Mumbai police, Thakur through his lawyer said that he had submitted an application in the Magistrate Court who asked not to free his bank account and his family’s bank.

He claims that he gets a call of extortion in connection with his relationship with the Nuefriks company.
He said, “I got a calling call since January 2021.
I told the caller that I was not the owner of the company and I could not pay.
I was threatened with being framed and then all this happened in February.”
Police in an investigation into the ongoing pornographic case involving Raj Kundra has alleged that Thakur plays an important role in the distribution of adult content produced by the Kundra company.
Denies this accusation Thakur said, “I have clarified through my lawyer that Nuefliks is a company based in the US and I was hired as a consultant.
I have never spoken with Raj Kundra or his colleagues.” Thakur has also clarified that he hasn’t signed a transaction with Kundra or his colleagues.
Thakur also accused that the senior police inspector who had arrested Raj Kundra was trying to drag him in a case where he did not care at all with one of Kundra’s transactions or actions and its companies.
Also there were accusations that Thakur was involved in the distribution of 90 pornographic films in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh in the past two years.
Thakur said, “It is a wrong guess.
I do not have any company.
I am an IT consultant and design OTT solutions and I have sent documents to support my side along with audio bytes.
If they still want to frame and reduce the cost then I don’t Can help.
Proof of this document will stand in court.

Actress Gehana Vasisth in an interview recently alleged that the police asked her for bribes and the name Thakur had appeared in a recent WhatsApp chat.
Thakur said, “I have heard a Gehana interview where he has mentioned the police asking for money and that is true.
He arranged a sum of money.
His lawyer told me that the police demanded money and asked if I could manage more money because Gehana could set only Rs 6 Up to 7 lakh.
“He added,” About 10 to 15 lakh is demanded according to the call from his lawyer.
