Lucknow: Kiran Gosavi, Private Detective from Mumbai who became headlines with his selfie with Shah’s son Rukh Khan Aryan Khan after his arrest by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), sent journalists to Lucknow to the pursuit of wild goose after he announced on Monday night That he will give up before Lucknow the police immediately.
Gosavi made an announcement when talking to Mumbai-based journalists in video calls.
He said he would reach Lucknow soon and would give up at the nearest police station.
Asked which police station closest to the current location, he identified him as Madiaon.
However, what made a question mark on Gosavi’s announcement was the fact that he was sought in a case that lodged with Pune police and Lucknow police also did not have jurisdiction or authority to receive his surrender or detention.
However, he did not want to take the opportunity, the television news crew and local journalists gathered at the Madiaon police station.
Asked why he gave up in Lucknow when the case had been submitted with Maharashtra, KP Gosavi said he felt “threatened” and had been told that he would not be spared even if he was sent to prison.
Meanwhile, Commissioner of the Police (CP), Lucknow, DK Thakur told Tii that Gosavi could not give up at one of the police stations in Lucknow when police in the city did not have jurisdiction to take any action against him.
Senior officials did not rule out the possibility of Gosavi intentionally talking about giving up on Lucknow to deflect the focus of the police in Maharashtra.
According to a report, he has four cases of criminal pending by him related to cheating (part 420 IPC) among other parts with police Thane, Pune and Mumbai veranda between 2007 and 2018.

On Monday, NCB stated sailing as a hostile witness.
