Kisan Bharwad Bharwad Case: GUJ ATS ARRESTS DELHI CLIK

Ahmedabad: Gujarat anti-terrorism (ATS) forces on Sunday captured Maulana Ulama Qamar Gani Islami from Old Delhi in connection with Kishan Bharwad’s murder, 27.
Bharwad was shot dead in the city of Dhandhuka on January 25 for two men who were transmitted to share controversial posts about Islam and His religious figures on social media.
Islamic, according to Gujarat ATS, related to two killers “Maulana Qamar Ganhi Islami was arrested from Dyagunj in Old Delhi while he left his organization’s office, named Tehreek-e-Farogh-e-Islami,” said a senior attendant ATS.
The official added that Islam was previously charged under the prevention law of the law (UPA) by Tripura police in November 2021, after communal riots there.
Allegedly that it was a provocative Islamic speech that led to violence.
“Islamic has been on April 2021 uploaded a video where he was seen doing provocative speeches against people who posted blasphemy material on social media.
In one of his speeches, he said that someone could do anything to punish someone who posted a blasphemous statement of Islam, “ATS officer said.
Islamic, according to Gujarat ATS, was related to two murderers – Shabbir Chopda, who had fired at Bharwad in Dhandhuka City, and Imtiyaz Pathhan, who rode a motorcycle.
Chopda followed Islam on social media and also met him many times.
ATS officials claimed that Islam triggered Chopda with weapons and even helped him write a plan for the murder.
Meanwhile, two brothers and sisters – Azim Bashir same, residents of Dudhsagar Road in Rajkot, and his brother Wudiim – was also arrested by the Special Operations Group of Rajkot (SOG) for allegedly supplying a gun and five cartridges to Delhi scholars.
Both brothers have fled after Maulana’s arrest.
However, Rajkot SOG Sleuths Nabbed Wasim from Morbi Town and Azim from Mitana Tankara Village in Rajkot District.
Both were handed over to ATS to be interrogated.
Kishan Bharwad was shot dead on January 25.
After the incident, six people including Chopda, Shaikh, Jamalpur-based scholars Mohammed Ayyub Javrawala and two people from Morbi were arrested in this case so far.
Police officials claimed that on January 9, a FIR was filed against Bharwad for allegedly criticizing certain religious members and even sharing videos and photos of beheading people.
