KOLLAM: Panchayat District opens a referral library in the memory of the famous writer, as here at the office on Tuesday.
More than a hundred books written by appearing and together with books by other authors on display in the library.
Inauguration of Minister of Finance Library K n Balagopal said it was the first step of the District Panchayat to capture the memory of a writer.
“Actually the memorial appears and is his book.
He lives in the memories of the reader.
But the steps of the Panchayat district will be the right sign to perpetuate the memory of a great writer,” Balagopal said.

While Panchayat members can have reference facilities, visitors can also refer books in the library.
