Know how to keep children safe from worms

India will celebrate National deworming on 10 February.

To stop the worms from entering the body one should always drink water, eat food cooked properly, avoid eating raw foods, wash vegetables and fruits before cooking, and be extra careful when washing vegetables for salad.
Children should be taught to follow hygiene practices.
They should be asked to keep their nails trimmed and clean.
