Koban University is all set to delay UG offline, the PG exam

JAMSHEDPUR: Examination for the first semester of various undergraduate programs (UG) of Koban University (KU) will begin on September 20.
The inspection official of the University department said all preparations had remembered the pandemic situation.
A special team consisting of senior teaching staff and administrative officials has been formed to ensure no malpractice.
The source said one team will consist of three members and eight such teams have been formed to oversee the exam participants.
The head of the department is also part of a special withdrawal team.

Ajay Kumar Chaudhury said all Covid-19 guidelines will be followed during the exam.
He said there was no test test that would be allowed to enter the examination center without a mask.
As many as 18 check centers have been arranged, where students will write a physical exam.
Given the covid situation, the duration of the exam has diminished from three hours into two.
The students have been divided to ensure social distance and examinations will be held in two shifts.
A set will appear for the exam from 8am to 10 in the morning and one starts at 2:00 to 4pm.
Sources say all inspection centers will be equipped with CCTV cameras to prevent all types of malpractices.
Sources added that more than 36,000 students from various universities would appear for the exam which will begin on September 20.
Meanwhile, for students who miss the Postgraduate IV semester exam (PG), will get another chance.
Offline exams will be held for these students from September 7.
Students who have a positive Covid-19 or are accepted in quarantine centers or cannot arise when they are locked up in the state or other cities, eligible to submit this special examination.
My spokesman PK Pani said a similar special exam would be organized for undergraduate students in 2019-20 as well.
The date will be announced later.
He added that around 600 students have filled out their forms to appear for the PG exam on September 7 and have been submitted to their recognition cards.
