KOC: Attacked in 2015, was welcomed and welcomed this time

Kolkata: Back in 2015, Bidnagar’s civilian election day was held on October 4, he was punched and kicked by the alleged Hooligan Trinamool outside the booth even when the party candidate reportedly pushed him away, to give a safe trip to the attacker.
It was a contrasting image on Saturday, when Preti Kumar Sen 76 years old, along with his wife Tripti, went to give their voices.
Trinamool contestants currently welcome him with a big smile, before quickly inserting his mask, and exchanging greetings.
For retirees of bank employees and residents of AB blocks in Salt Lake, a lifetime seem to have come a full circle.
In 2015, he was facing resistance to violence, after he jumped to the rescue of a young man who opposed the entry of “outsiders” and beaten.
This year, Sen has become a human who goes for the same party candidate, who keeps returning at the AB-AC booth to ensure and ask whether the voting process is smooth or not.
“People in Salt Lake like peace but we also have strong self-esteem.
We protested when the price was injured.
Back in 2015, we opposed and criticized the fact that the sanctity of the poll process was violated by thugs and the election commission also recognized it.
We also recognize it.
Have a test here.
But this year, it’s all very peaceful, just as it should be, “said Sen Sen.
Sen has told TII on Saturday how some elderly men in the neighborhood asked him whether the selection would be peaceful or unsafe and whether it would be safe for them to go to choose.
On Saturday morning, when he left his house for a polling booth, he spoke with several neighbors, accepting feedback from many voters who had given their votes before him.
“I asked everyone to spill fear and give their voices.
My fingers crossed, hoping that the election would be peaceful.
I am happy that peace,” he said.
Trinamool Ratna Bhowmik candidate welcomed them at the poll boast and hugged Tripti before exchanging greetings with Sen.
“I believe people must always learn from their mistakes.
What happened in 2015 was wrong and we have learned our lessons from it,” said Bhowmik.
He also told Tripti that he would need his participation in a cultural program to be held immediately.
