KOLKATA: Vehicle seizures and prosecutions within Saturday and Sunday suggest a developing trend to flout limit criteria, particularly during the evenings.
Kolkata traffic authorities captured 1,158 vehicles Saturday — the greatest on a single day because limitations started on May 16.
