Kolhapur: Three people, including the wife of a doctor, on Thursday was arrested by Kolhapur police in connection with the racket of illegal sex determination last month.
The suspects have been identified as Bharati Farakte (46) from Faraktewadi in Kagal Taluka, Lakshman Wakrekar (42) from Panhala Taluka and drawn Killadar (42) from Radhanagari.
With this development, the total number of arrests in this case has so far reached 13.
Police traced more suspects involved in the racket arrested from the village of the trench near Jalan Kolhapur-Radhangari.
