Kolhapur: RC Gang Kingpin Ravi Shinde, who was running around for more than three months, was arrested by the branch of local crime from Kolhapur police on Saturday.
Gang, which has more than 45 serious crime cases (including murder, attempts of murder and dacoity) registered with its members, operated from the city of Kolhapur.
Police have begged McOca against gang three months ago.
While eight members were arrested, two, including Shinde leaders, ran.
Police Inspector LCB Pramod Jadhav said, “We learned that Shinde (36) came to the roadside Dhaba at Wathar.
We put a trap and arrest him.
One member of the gang (Vicky Matunge) is still running away.” Tnn.
