Kolhapur set aside flood misery, prepare for Bappa

Kolhapur: Leaving the bitter memory of Dahsyat and Covid floods, Kolhapur residents began preparations to bring their favorite Bappa home from Thursday night.

District collector Rahul Rekhawar said, “The third wave fear is there.
