Kolkata: The police arrested eight people early on Tuesday for allegedly operating two fake call centers in a commercial building of Sector V in Salt Lake in Kolkata.
A police officer Bidhannagar City said they had received specific information about two call centers in the same building allegedly deceiving foreigners by posing as representatives of the main software providers and approaching them to solve their problems with their computers or call them to win the lottery online.
